4th day on the road.. and probably the most exciting one! To begin, Biloxi, Mississipi, city where hurricane Katrina destroyed almost everything in 2005. We passed on the new bridge they built to replace the old one destroyed 2 years ago.

After more than 2 years, houses, like this one, are still in the same conditions!!! Other parts of the city are already rebuilt.. casinos...!!

We continued driving on road 90 instead of the HWY 10.. a lot better near the beaches than on the highway!! The photos tell everything..

So.. after fews stops to take great pictures, we continued heading to New Orleans.

The westfalia is happier than ever!! Look at this smile!

On the road to New Orleans, we discovered an other bridge, also freshly rebuilt.. so we can imagine that it had been destroyed just like the one of Biloxi in 2005. The new bridge is incredibly amazing!

We stopped in the Mississipi Welcome Center before getting in Lousiana.. it was very nice.. and very "in the forest"! Look at the picture:
